You can order your repeat prescription online

It can also be requested using:

The tear-off side-slip from a previous prescription (tick the items needed)
or
A written note with name, date of birth, contact telephone number and list of items needed.

Requests may be posted and can be returned by post if you include an SAE.

Telephone requests will not be accepted.

Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection within two working days (ie excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Some chemists will arrange to collect regular prescriptions for you. Please ask at your regular chemist for details.

Please note – you will need an appointment with the nurse for a prescription for HRT or contraception.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Complete this form if you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due.
